That is absolutely horrible!!! To think that you were coming to pick up your dog expecting him to be looking adorable to find him dead instead!!!
I would be suing them for every penny they had!!
I take my dogs to get groomed where I use to work. I know that the use cage dryers but it is all cool air. The only have one heated cage dryer for older dogs that have arthiritis. The temperatures are watched and monitored very closely so there is no chance of them getting overheated. If the temperature is above the what it is allowed to be all dogs have to be removed from the room immediately until they can cool down the room. It is one of the things they are really strict on, so I know my babies are all safe!! Oh and no dog is to be left unattended in the cages, there must always be someone back there watching them at all times!!!
