They do say 24 hours without food....but with them being soooo small, it worries me. If he is sleeping a lot, PLEASE put him in a standing position and make sure he isn't "wobbly". If he is, he needs to see a vet asap. I did go 12 hours without feeding, but that was as far as I was willing to go. Feeding them is feeding the virus though. I know you will do what is best for your little guy and I look forward to the post where you say that he is 100% back to normal.
