After animal control left the police went to the ladys house and took her and the dog down to the station. Then the police took the dog to the vet so that we could verify age, which confirmed what we already knew. Then they took meg and my husband into a room to have him call her and she came immediatley to him. The woman had no papers and no proof of purchase so that helped us. They also called the breeder where we got her to verify our story, and papers. And now she if finally home and we are so happy!!!
