Keep her warm, no chills. Also give Nutrical as she isn't eating well right now.
You sound like you are doing really good taking care of her so far and I am sorry she is not feeling too well.
Don't over stimulate her, no baths yet either.
Keep us posted and I like your idea about changing vets.
