so far, everyone that picks up my Tiger or pets him always asks . . . so yes, I definitely want to be asked first.

Tiger is a people person . . . if he is ignored in public, he is very well behaved. But the minute someone comments about him, somehow he knows it so he starts to wiggle his way wanting to be petted and carried so they always say "may I" and I say "yes please" otherwise he becomes "uncontrollable" and won't ever stop getting excited . . .
