She may need to go to the toilet when she wakes up. Do that and put her back for a bit. Try covering her crate with a sheet or blanket at night. She is little--it can be a puppy thing.As she gets older and gets more exercise during the day, walks etc, she may sleep in longer,especially in the winter when it's cold. Hang on in there!
