Oh hon that sounds rough. I would suggest watching her very closely with the pup and like the other ladies suggested maybe lay there and see if she will care for him while you are there. I would suggest if her behaviour doesn't change towards him to not breed her again. Sometimes you get a female that has no instincts and definitely won't be a good mother.

Hope the little one does well.
