That breeder should not be allowed to breed anymore puppies. You should never take a 4 week old puppy away from it's mother...even if it is weaned. they need their momma longer than that. And that woman that bought the puppy...she needs some anger management courses. It sounds like the breeder was trying to get her another puppy when she began hitting her...No pun intended but I would say that the breeder was hit over the head with the truth...you sell a 4 week old puppy, it is pretty likely that the puppy will come back to you in a not so live state...and the new owner, no so happy...some more unhappy than others. It is really sad tho. Puppy died a senseless death and then to have it's little body used that way...
