It sounds like inverted sneezes. All dogs get them. My parents Yorkapoo gets them when he gets ttooooooo excited. You can either just calm them down. Or a Golden breeder once told us to cover the dogs nose for a couple of seconds(2-4) and it would stop. You do it to help the dog and not hurt it, so be careful. Hope this helps
