I didn't want to say it on the other post... The lady who hit Archie said she was sorry but he was only a DOG... Thank God not a kid.
Also it was my fault. I was home from school and took him out, friends stopped by and I left the gate unlatched. He came out and ran right in the street to see me on the other side..
