It's not stupid but Sophie could NEVER be ugly!! If you really want to cut it if I were you I would do it in baby steps. A little trim here and there etc. I don't think I would cut it all off at once. That is shocking! I might do the Schnauzer cut for the winter but I'm not sure yet.
