Well - Pooping in a public store isn't exactly where I want my pup to do it. I sure it happens occasionally (regardless of the weather) and it can be and should be quickly cleaned up. I don't think I would go so far as to say I was "happy he did it"
But - we'd get it cleaned it up and continue on.....................
