No, the reason no one would take him was probably because he didn't look full blooded, stayed outside, and mostly in a kennell, not housebroke, no papers (for $100.00). That's what the mother said, but the daughter posted that he was housebroke, stayed in the house and weighed around 7 lbs. Two stories on that poor little guy. I just didn't have the time to "socialize" him like he needed. But sadly, yes, he turned in circles the whole time I petted him. they said that before they got him, he lived in a kennel, but when I pulled up to the house, waded through the Chihuahuas, he was in a pet taxi on the porch.
