In the TOY breed, most have one weight standard...you see oversized Poms, CHi, Maltese and lots of others...they do not come in sizes like Doxies or Poodles...I have no problem if the YTCA changes the standard, but I doubt it will happen in my life time...

scampi tye and zacs dad was 7 pound in his younger days and had a lovely silky coat the dog groomer said it was better than the show yorkies she did, brandi is 13 pound and a bit under weight as she was a rescue but her coat is very silky too. tyes is wire zacs is wooly and annies is too thick but i love them all for who they are not for what they look like.
