I bet today was an long emotional day with everyone feeling completely put through the wringer. When my parents died, as difficult as it were...immediately after the service....you were just glad it was done. Which sounds weird, but it seemed like the longest 3-4 days in your life....the period between the death and the burial. But you reach a point where you don't want to make small talk...you just want it, everything, done...
