 Baxter is so cute!!!
I went to an outlet mall this weekend. I had only two stores to hit and refused to leave Oscar in the hot truck. So with him on his leash we walked to the first store, Fresh Produce - a clothing store. I picked him up and asked the two little gals in there if he could come in. They said "of course and please put him down on the floor!" They even offered to baby sit him while I shopped. Everybody shopping in the store even loved on him. Then I went to Perfumania - they sell ONLY perfume. I picked him up again and walked in. The lady was snooty but asked if she could help me. I asked for Calvin Klein Truth and she got it for me. While checking out, I apologized for not asking if Oscar could come in and she very snobbily remarked "Well, you were already in the store"... If I had not already paid for my purchase, I would have turned around and walked out. She did not have to be so rude. But we just have to realize that not everyone is as crazy about these babies as we are. I was very observant of the windows and doors I passed tho and none of them said "no dogs allowed". |
