 Maggie too...
My Maggie (aged nearly 4 years) has only in the past two weeks started assuming precisely the same stanct to pee. I figured it was some sort of dominance thing, since Molly has joined us.
Kind of goes along with the fact that she now wants to wait to pee (in the yard, mind you) until Molly is done, and then pee right over where she did it.
I definately think it's a thing about asserting her right to be alpha dog!
(It is cute to see, however...Not really the full blown leg lift of a male dog, but more of a "compromise position".) |
