That is always a possibility but we just have no idea. She had finished surgery and was getting ready to reverse the anes with straight O2 when she arrested. She did not suffer and she did not linger. For that I am grateful but still oh, so sad. My other dogs are like zombies-just walking around, looking at the towel she was wrapped in and not doing one of their normal activities. Her brother, Alex, is devastated. He just looks and looks and whines a little....
