I'd love to get your recommendations on hair care products for Pebbles!
Yes, Pebbles hair was much more sleek (though still cottony & easily matted) & much darker before that witch got ahold of her! I felt so sorry for Pebs, but there was not much I could do - she looked like a cartoon character when they got through w/her!
