I was deployed to the Iraqi War in 2003, and I now have an opportunity to go back and do the same thing for a year for $200,000. The threat of dying isn't making me not want to go (I know what my job entails), but I would have to be away from my yorkie, Annabelle, for a year, and I just don't want to do that.
