You find how old your puppy is on the white left columns. Say, your puppy is 12 weeks old. Then you go across the "12 weeks" row and find how much she/he currently weighs. Let's say he/she is 33 ounces. Then you follow that column all the way down to the last row, which says the weight they will be at 18 months (adult weight). In my example, the adult weight is 4.5 lbs.
