Good luck with everything! I'm surprised that your breeder didn't offer to pay for the surgery. Did you receive a warrenty when you purchased her? I think some breeders would cover problems such as LP if they're caught within the first year that you have your new pup.
I just got my girl in with an ortho surgeon. I swear, she has more specialists than I do!
