Friend of mine used to drive his daughter to HS. Now HS has a policy on how long your shorts must be....but according to Jeff....there isn't anything written that says you can not wear WHITE shorts with BLACK thong underwear. He says he repeats to himself....they are teenagers, they are teenagers.
