Is that store online where you got the carseat? Rusty is driving me crazy with his panic and shaking and whimpering. I don't know why he just started behaving this way in the car. He has been on long trips and was no problem, but now just goes insane just getting in the car twice a day. He wants the windows down and he wants OUT! He refuses to ride inside his crate the older he has gotton. (sometimes I let him hang his head out the window-while I hold his harness- and he seems to like that. It's cute the way the wind blows his hair on his head-but at 60mph, he shouldn't be doing that! Maybe he has a need for speed?)
