I'm with everyone else and would definitely get another opinion from a cardiologist. I was having severe heart palpitations and panic attacks a few years ago and one Dr. told me I was just stressed out. I went to another cardiologist and he diagnosed me with mitral valve prolapse. So it wasn't all in my head like the first Dr. made it out to be!
