I think the Nutro Lamb and Rice helps too. Tried the Dick Van Patten and my dog threw it up and wanted no more. (even though it was mixed into the Nutro). But I thought the ingredients looked really top knotch.
My beagle mix has chronic ear infections, and I give him ear drops EVERY DAY and have been doing this for years. In addition, when they get bad, we occasionally do rounds of antibiotics. He has both food and airbourne allergies, so the Nutro helps but he still has problems if I neglect the drops. (Every once in awhile I've thought they seemed really good, and stopped cleaning and medicating...big mistake everytime!) |
