I completely agree with you.....I do not like rejection emails either....I think the least a company can do is send a letter.

I recently went through the process of applying for a new job and I could not believe after 3 months of waiting and being told to wait a little longer ...all I got was a short blunt email saying "thanks but no thanks". (

What surprised me even more was I was recruited by this company to apply for this job and had many inside staff as personal references....yet I did not even get a second look at the job and no matter who I knew, I still got a silly rejection email.

I truely feel sorry for anyone currently seeking a job right now!!! (I have a good job and after this experience I am grateful for my job and look at it in a completely new light!!)
