 posting to news item
Can anyone tell me how to post something in the News forum. I clicked on new thread, but it says that I do not have access. I wanted to put up a story that happened here in Iowa. A dear old lady lost her sweet yorkie to 2 other dogs. Can only certain people post to the New Forum? |
