When I first got Topher and needed the exam within a short period of time (within 5 days for my breeder), I spoke to the gals at the vet office and explained what I needed. They booked an exam and I sure got a thorough one! I brought his vaccination history and the vet checked just about everything that could be checked
When he was done he gave me a certificate saying that Topher was of sound health as of that date, etc., and I sent this back to the breeder.
I'd just explain to them what your breeder needs and they'll book the time that's required.
