Oh, that poor baby! I too say that the lab owner should have gotten a ticket and should also be responsible for the vet bills. How to go about making them pay the bills, I don't know. Hope you find out! And yes, every lab I've known has been pretty docile (AFTER getting over the puppy stage) so I'm thinking something must have provoked this lab. Not your parents dog.... maybe something health-related with the lab? Please keep us updated!
