Poor little Buster. I would follow-up with the Police and explain what a dangerous situation this is and just how bad Buster was because of it. Once a dog attacks, it is only a matter of time before they do it again. And the owner's should be paying all Buster's medical bills.
We'll keep Buster in our prayers for a fast, full and speedy recovery. Let him know all his fellow YT'ers are rooting for him!
