Well i would wait until your insurance kicks in, she doesn't sound desperate yet, you could monitor the amount of activity the leg is getting, and try to give her crate rest if it flairs up, also you might check if the insurance company your going through does back dating if your already signed with them.If she uses it and doesn't seem to be in allot of pain I wouldn't think it was in need of immediate vet care, if she begins to not use it, or seems in pain, then I would deffinately take her, crate rest is the best thing until then when it flaires up.
