I feel terrible for you and your baby. To have a baby attacked by any animal not leashed should be fined at the least. Do you know who the dog owner is. And have they offered to pay the vet bill? I am praying that your baby comes through this. I am so overly protective of my Dollie and this is just why. People are idiots when it comes to their animals and this is proof again that we have to practically have one hand on our babies at all times when out in the public especially. I am so sorry this had to happen to this precious little creature. God Bless ....
