the lady who was selling him didnt know anything about him. she didnt know how old he was, if he was potty trained, or even his name.
BUT she did have his papers.
the people who bought him originally never sent them off, they just held on to them.
and i didnt realize it had his birth date on there. but i found it.
and it also had his breeder's phone number on there and i called her and told her what happened and she was very upset that one of her pups ended up in that condition.
