bottom line is getting really annoying because this dog to me is very special, my parents are dead and i am an only child, i have never had anyone to take care of and to me this is very special, but no one around me seems to understand, they think is terrible he has clothes, terrible that i give him some craps off the table, terrible i have him on my lap a lot.... i am very close of tell thim them to "bug off" today i actually said "this dog is my only friend in london" (have been here a year and i only have made two friends/// not easy here....

I agree, ignore them. If their acceptance is important to you, teach your pup a few tricks. Maybe put him in some obedience classes. When they see how smart he is, they will realize you know what you're doing. My guess is they'll be jealous at your close relationship with him, too.
