Our Oliver is 14 lbs. He's just the right size for our family. We don't have to worry about not seeing him and stepping by accident or anything like that. We have a very active lifestyle, and with the pooch always at our heels, it's easy for us to know he is right there next to us. For us, he's just the right size. But often, people will say, "Oh that's a yorkie, he's sooo big, I thought yorkies were smaller". Oh well!, We love him, all 14 lbs of him! lol
