Mine mostly go outside!!!!!! Even in the snow and cold! In fact, Luigi and Brasco LOVED the snow, and I had a hard time getting them to come inside! LOLOL! But all 3 of mine do go outside! But when we are not home, we leave potty pads down, and when I come home, they have been used many times! Yayay! And in the middle of the night, they get up to do their thing on the potty pads too! Yayay!

So you do what you feel comfortable with!!!!!! Do potty pads or outside....OR BOTH!!!!!!!! Which I think is great!!!
