The problem with fleas is..they do not live on the dog. They jump on to feed and jump off into the carpets, furniture to lay eggs and make more fleas. They bring tapeworms with them and Yorkie are very prone to being allergic..so that means one flea bite can cause them to scratch themselves bald.
