Yes, its a dog friendly beach. They were other dogs at the beach and she played with the other dogs. All dogs were very friendly and it was very nice. It is still cold for her to get in the water. It's called Island Beach State Park Beach and the address is off Route 35 Seaside Park, New Jersey 08752
