If Presley is stretching and then poots, then he probably has some gas pains and is trying to work them out......
I would recommend very gradually changing his food.... The Pedegree Puppy Pouches just might be the culprit. A good way to start a change, especially with a finiky eater is to add just a bit of finely ground up high quality dry dog kibble to the wet stuff.... gradually keep adding dry and then toss in a few kibbles.... and in time you might be able to get him almost entirely on a good high quality kibble without a stomach upset inbetween.
