 Maggie's Diet
I had never owned a Yorkie until two weeks ago. The breeder told me if she got a little picky on eating try a scrambled egg; or boiled chicken breast; or rice. Maggie has already gone through all of those. I was putting a tiny amount of milk on her dry food, but it was causing a bit of soft stool. I then tried a new meal. I took her dry food and crushed it, mixed 1 tsp. of Gerber Chicken and Gravy in it, then added just a bit of Goat's milk so it wouldn't be so dry. She pigged out. Strutted her barrel belly around like she was in competion for the fat puppy of the year. That diet didn't last. I'm back to being her personal chef. Any firm ideas would be greatly appreciated. Running out of dishes to put leftover in. |
