I think you are going to need a medicated ointment. It may have started out has flea bites, but your baby may have developed allergies as a result or the abrasions are now infected. Call your vet and have him prescribe you something. Of course your vet should see your puppy so they can determine what the condition is to make sure they are giving the right stuff to cure it.
