Mitzi (9 yo) has a stuffy nose once in while but no discharge. It changes with the weather and has nothing to do with allergies. I'm not an expert but I think it would be good to go to the Vet because what's not a big deal for us might be dangerous for an animal. I know that from horses. If they have a runny nose and white discharge it's a very bad sign. Hope you find the right solution and it's nothing at all to worry about!
