It's def. a scam. Sounds exactly like the time when my breeder friend was selling a litter of bulldog pups. These 2 guys from other countries stepped up and was trying to buy the whole litter and was gonna have them send a certain amount of money back to them. It was obvious it was a scam then. The first sign I look for is in their language. I'm glad you reported it to the newspaper.
