Default Oops! I found a flea!

Rowdy is 11 weeks old and I found a flea this evening. I know he didn't pick them up from our yard - we use a natural flea control called beneficial nematodes - it's a microorganism that lives in the dirt and eats flea eggs (and fire ant eggs too, for those of you who live in the south) so it is really nice - it keeps the fleas and fire ants out of the yard. But of course, it doesn't keep the dogs from picking up an occasional flea from somewhere else. I think my little Rowdy may have picked up the flea(s) from my daughters dog over the weekend - so now the question is, what is safe to use to get rid of them? Thanks in advance for any information.
