I was told no food after 10 pm. Right before I went to pick him up ,they made sure they had already given him water so at least he wasn't dehydrated. He ate a tiny bit of food when he got home . Make sure you ask for pain medication. I was asked if I wanted some pain med for him and I said no. I regret it!! About 6 hrs later I had a crying,wimpering furbaby in my arms.
I ended up giving him baby motrin less than 1/4 tsp.
