Hmmmmm...Some scanners have a wizard you can go thru to scan - did you look in your control panel ?
My scanner is an officejet all in one - and I just go to CONTROL PANEL - then find the scanner icon - is it installed properly and working ? The other thing may be do a search on the net for scanning help & type in your model - |
