No Tomato soup! Chicken noodle soup, toast with a soft boiled egg. & up with bubbles stirred out. Saltine crackers, graham crackers.
I know what you mean about junk food. I eat out most days and Ialways say if we were ever stranded in the house we 'd starve in a day or two.
Of course I always have candy laying around! Hope you feel better. |
