I think she will be fine. Is she healthy now? As I had told you in a previous post my mom's 8 year old yorkie poo had her first litter at around 8 1/2 years. We weren't sure if she could get pregnant or not she had been hit by a car when she was just a puppy in the hips area and she had been with a dog before and it didn't take.
Just keep an eye on her and in close contact with your vet. I'm sure she will be fine.
