Yes, he's a mix - his dog-mommy was a full yorkie and dog-daddy a yorkie mix, though I'm not sure what other breeds he has in him. And YES, Frodo has TONS of personality - I swear, he's like a real kid!
Whining when he doesn't get his way, giving the puppy-eyes when he really wants something, and of course, the magic smile. Aren't our furbabies great??
